Refund & Damage Policy

At Scrubsmas, we stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@scrubsmas.shop with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will replace damaged or defective items at no additional charge. We are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Items marked as gifts cannot be returned for a refund.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival.
